Download myglo™ App

On Android, download the myglo™ App directly from the Google Play Store.

Set up & secure

Begin by confirming your location and language preferences. After that, log in to your existing glo™ account or create a new one.


To protect your data and preferences, you will then be prompted to set up a PIN.

Prepare for pairing

Before pairing, make sure Bluetooth® is turned on. Pairing will not happen automatically; you have to start pairing in your app


Keep your phone close to ensure a smooth connection process.

Pair your device

To begin pairing, quickly press the Menu button on your device five times. When the ClearView™ display shows the Bluetooth® icon, your device is in pairing mode. Select your device from the list that appears in the app, the process may take up to three minutes.


Once pairing is complete, the screen will display a confirm icon and the device will vibrate. Your device is ready to use!

*The app displays your device’s approximate location when it is paired, charged and within Bluetooth® range of your smartphone. Otherwise, it shows the last known location when your device was synced with your smartphone and your app was activated. Accuracy may vary due to obstacles, interference, or the electromagnetic environment.
