Setting up couldn’t be easier

Turn on the device

Slide the door to open the heating chamber.

Prepare for the session

Choose between standard or boost mode. After around 10 seconds, a vibration indicates that the device is ready and the session has started.

Insert the stick

Gently insert the stick from the correct side up to the drawn line. Remember that the graphic must be outside the heating chamber.

Remove the stick

When the device vibrates again, the session is complete. Remove the stick and close the sliding door.

Clean your device

After every 20 sessions, open both the heating chamber and the cleaning door and use the brush provided to clean the heating chamber from both ends. Rinse the brush under running water and allow to dry before using it again.

Can I smoke neo™ Sticks as traditional cigarettes?

You should not light neo™ Sticks with a match or lighter, or attempt to consume them like a conventional cigarette. neo™ Sticks are designed exclusively for use with your glo™ device.

What is StickSeal™ Technology?

StickSeal™ technology has been designed to offer an improved experience without the need to clean the device. This is a product upgrade, as the sticks now feature a special cover at the front that seals the stick and prevents tobacco residue from entering the glo™ device during use. As a result, consumers will no longer need to clean the inside of the device from tobacco build up*. This upgrade does not affect the consumers’ taste experience – the flavour of the sticks remains unchanged**.
