How to return your device before the trial ends

Not the device for you? Return the device before the 21 day trial ends.

Return your device

You will receive a pre-paid return label with your order. Please use this label to return your device to us, though a Courier Center store of your choice.

We receive your device

Once we receive your order, we will check the device and validate it against your order.

Your trial will be cancelled

We will cancel your trial and you will receive an email to confirm.

You will not be charged the additional €11

As long as you have initiated your return before the end of the 21 day trial period, you will not be charged.

If you love your glo™ HILO device (great choice!), you don’t need to take any action - we’ll simply charge you €11 for the device 28 days after your original order. If you decide to return the device, please do so within the 21 day trial window, and you will not be charged.

If you decide to keep the device and do not initiate a return, you will be charged €11 for the device. If you decide that you wish to return your glo™ HILO device, we will need to receive the return within 28 days from the date your order was placed. When your return has been processed, you will not be charged.

If you decide that your glo™ HILO device is not for you, returning the device is quick and easy. You will receive a returns voucher with your original order. Please return the device to us within 21 days if you do not wish to keep it, by visiting your closest Courier Center Store to ship it with the return voucher you have received.
