Slide the door to open the heating chamber and insert the stick.
Gently insert the stick from the correct side up to the drawn line. Remember that the graphic must be outside the heating chamber.
Choose between standard or boost mode. Press the button for 2 until it vibrates. The orange bar on the screen will show the time remaining until the session starts. Wait for the second vibration, glo™ HILO is ready for use.
At the end of your session, gently remove the wand with a slight twist. glo™ HILO alls up to two consecutive sessions.
You can enjoy up to 4 consecutive sessions with HILO Plus when both the charging case and pen are fully charged.
HILO Plus is named to reflect an enhancement of the original HILO experience — something added, something extra, like the EasySwitch™ pen. The name “Plus” suggests a simple, intuitive upgrade. It signals that you're getting more from the product, without complicating the core idea. (give usage flexibility : plus)
We chose Plus over Pro because “Pro” implies a more advanced, professional-level. HILO Plus is an evolution, not a full transformation—so “Plus” strikes the right balance: it communicates added value, without overpromising or losing the approachable feel of the HILO.

HILO Plus is session ready in less than 10 seconds.
To turn on the HILO Plus device, it's similar as above, first, slide the sliding door to open the heating chamber and then insert the virto™ or rivo™ stick into the heating chamber. Decide on your heating mode (Standard or Boost), and then press the button (not the touchscreen) for 2 seconds (3 seconds if first time using the device).
